Essential Functions	Provide leadership, supervision, and positive role modeling for campers, ensuring their safety and well-being Stay overnight in assigned residence hall throughout the duration of the camp, actively participating in all activities and classroom instruction Offer excellent customer service by creating and implementing challenging, yet fun "hands-on" activities and games, while enforcing Auburn University policies and procedures consistently and non-threateningly Collaborate with fellow staff members, demonstrating patience, understanding, flexibility, and effective communication skills to achieve the common goal of providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable camp environment for all participants
Minimum Qualifications	Enrolled undergraduate student at Auburn University Enrolled in classes during the previous semester Be in good academic standing (minimum 2.5 GPA) Satisfactory background check Attend two Spring Semester Training Sessions NOT enrolled in any summer classes or have any commitments that overlap with camp training July 16 & 17, 2024, or Tiger Takeoff camp July 18-20, 2024
