Job Description

Are you interested in using your strong experience with large Department of Defense programs?  Fibertek, Inc. is looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Program Analyst to provide coordination and management of all aspects of the CONUS and OCONUS operational support, maintenance, software engineering services, and hardware procurement services activities with senior leadership and with U. S. Government and industry partners.  Your experience with DoD/military will strengthen your opportunity in this Program Analyst role.

Job Duties

The successful candidate will serve as a non-supervisory and work closely with the Program Manager to monitor and develop Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), budget analysis, and procurement to drive biometric data requirements and delivery information to the client. Provide coordination and management of all aspects of the Continental United States (CONUS) and Oversea Continental United States (OCONUS) operational support, Logistics, Information Technology , and procurement services activities. Will be primary focused  on cost management efforts and interacting with Program Manager and employees working on task. Responsibilities include:

  • Experience with large DoD programs
  • Must demonstrate a superior ability to recognize and define problems, understand business and system processes, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Must be able to formulate and communicate questions to gather the necessary missing information to resolve a problem. Prepares and assembles written reports according to established formats.
  • Interact with multiple Government and non-Government stakeholders regarding project execution and provide expert recommendations to the Government Project and Program leadership
  • Excellent judgment, organization skills, group facilitation skills, decision making, delegating and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability work collaboratively with Network Engineers, Logistician, Field Service Represents, senior managers and executives to drive change throughout the organization.

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this Program Analyst role, you'll need the below expertise and experience:
  • Must have a current SECRET security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; plus, a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in developing and implementing new policies and strategies
  • Experience with projects and contracts administration in the Department of Defense.
  • Experience in managing a Project Management Office
  • Duties are performed primarily in a home office setting utilizing computer equipment. travel to attend meetings. To facilitate working from home, and as a requirement for this role, candidates must provide their own reliable, high speed internet access with sufficient bandwidth to execute all job functions. Government furnished & Company laptop will be provided.
