Duties Demonstrates expert acquisition knowledge and experience, leading the college to provides executive level consulting to senior executives, flag officers, general officers, and other senior leaders in charge of major federal acquisition programs; the college assesses holistic performance of program offices, strategies, projects, and associated workforce needs.
