Answer video interactive phone calls in a timely and professional manner. Be positive and maintain professionalism at all times throughout the interaction. Provide resolution to member inquiries regarding account activity and balances, transfer funds between accounts, wire transfers, stop payments, order checks, process checks by phone and debit/ATM card processing.
