This individual is responsible for transforming financial data into actionable insights using interactive Power BI dashboards that enable Executive Leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions. Responsibilities include creating and managing dashboards and reports that support financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a large organization serving in a finance or accounting role required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or applicable field.
Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and advanced visualization skills.
Strong communication skills are critical as this role will interact with Senior Executives and all levels of management in Operations and Finance & Accounting.
Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Ideal candidate is a self-starter, questions the status quo and is always seeking process improvement and efficiencies in reporting.
Desire and willingness to dig into the details. Attention to details is critical as well as the ability to communicate at a summary level for Leadership
Organization of Data; Must be able to present financial information to finance and non-financial users in a succinct and easily understandable manner. This individual must excel at "telling the story" of the financials.
Experience with Oracle E-business Suite, Snowflake and Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management.
