You will

• Transmitting Documentation
  • Process documents to be transmitted to customers and vendors which entails checking for errors, creating cover pages, recording the documents status in a vendor document registry, sorting the document to the proper folder and transmitting document via email or internet database.
  • Set up working folders, and a vendor document registry at the start of a new job. Attend ongoing meetings/phone conferences for assigned jobs, and record minutes of the meetings.
• Processing Return Documentation
  • Processing documents that have been received from customers which entails recording the documents status to the vendor document registry, emailing the document to engineers and vendors for revision, and sorting the document to the proper folder.
  • Answering document related questions, and performing any task needed to ensure projects are completed on time. (i.e. compiling packing list, invoices, job books, communicating with engineers to clarify any issues that may arise.)
  • Creating job books- Create informative, comprehensive books/discs as required with relevant / purchased documents. Ensure book accuracy and submit for appropriate mailing
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Undergraduate or Graduate student majoring in Engineering or related majors
• To be independent, a self-starter, & have excellent organizational skills.
• To have strong verbal and written communication, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
• To be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• To display the ability to learn other programs quickly and show willingness to learn.
• Auto Cad experience is a plus.

Hybrid
This role is hybrid. You will report to the office in West Springfield, MA on Tuesday - Thursday and be remote on Monday and Friday.
