OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experiencedWindows Engineerwith strong expertise inActive DirectoryandPowerShell scriptingto join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing our Windows-based systems and directory services while automating routine administrative tasks through PowerShell.

GENERAL DUTIES:

• Manage, maintain, and supportWindows Server environments, including patching, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Design, implement, and troubleshootActive Directory,Group Policy,DNS, andDHCPconfigurations.
• Develop and maintainPowerShell scriptsfor automation, configuration management, and operational efficiency.
• Support and enforce security best practices across the Windows infrastructure, including user access controls and system hardening.
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to deliver integrated and secure solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ yearsof hands-on experience as a Windows Systems or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Strong proficiency inWindows Server (2016/2019/2022)administration.
• Deep knowledge ofActive Directory,Group Policy,DNS, andDHCP.
• Proven experience inPowerShell scripting and automation.
• Solid understanding ofWindows security principles, permissions, and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred) is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
