We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Executive Assistant to support the Head of Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (CEO). This role is part of the executive leadership team and requires an independent initiative-taker with excellent critical thinking skills, diligence, and experience managing global travel logistics. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, adapts quickly in a demanding environment, and manages confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Time Management: Align schedules with key business priorities using strategic prioritization and a deep understanding of company goals.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration, streamline communications, and resolve redundancies.
- Planning and Execution: Enhance productivity by planning, executing, and owning tasks, ensuring timely completion of key deliverables.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, manage meeting logistics, take comprehensive notes, and follow up on action items for efficient meetings.
- Process and Systems Management: Develop systems and workflows to enhance efficiency, improve organization, and streamline processes.
- Information Consolidation: Gather and organize substantial amounts of information into clear executive summaries to support decision-making.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Provide dynamic scheduling and calendar support, including preparation for all commitments with briefing materials, agendas, and itineraries.
- Global Travel Management: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, managing complex itineraries and ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Expense and Budget Management: Manage travel expenses and reimbursements promptly.
- Communication: Function as a strategic point of contact between the Head of BEWS and stakeholders, managing communications professionally and aligning messages with priorities.
- Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Focus Management: Identify areas where the Head of BEWS' attention is most needed and help filter out less critical tasks.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Take on special projects as assigned, demonstrating initiative and the ability to manage tasks independently.
