Job Summary This position will provide assistance to our team by assisting with reviewing financial statements, generating reports, data entry, and preparing documents.
Main Responsibilities Review, prepare and make recommendations for releases from all escrows to include replacement reserve, repairs, and insurance losses
Establish Welcome Email Events in servicing system for new loans
Analyze financials statements
Assist in the collection and review of due diligence material
Coordinate and track vendor billing, disbursement, closings, and the close out of transaction requests
Other duties as assigned.
Experience Required Strong math, verbal, writing, and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to interact with internal and external clients professionally in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude.
Education Students in their junior or senior year of college. Graduating in 2025 or 2026.
Computer Skills Intermediateworking knowledge of Word and Excel.
