Program structure:

  • Duration/Schedule: Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months
  • Hybrid flexibility: 1-2 days a week in the office
  • Start Date: January 2025

What we're looking for:

  • Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources Management or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills to assist employees with questions.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to succeed in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Preferred experience:

  • HRIS experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Familiarity and/or experience with HR practices and HR law.

What you'll focus on:

  • Assist with scheduling virtual and on-site interviews
  • Participate in campus recruitment and support university relations
  • Identify new and creative ways to source top talent
  • Lead/participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects
  • Day to Day Support of the Talent Acquisition Team
