This position is based at Clean Water Testing in Appleton, WI. We provide extensive testing, inspection, consultation, and treatment to solve drinking water quality issues of any kind.

Primary Function

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and conducting volatile analysis of drinking water, while also performing a range of other complex analytical duties. This position demands an exceptional level of expertise in water testing methodologies, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of laboratory practice.

Role Specific Responsibilities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field, or 5+ years of applicable experience.
  • Extensive experience in analytical chemistry, particularly in water quality testing.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining GC-MS instrumentation.
  • Strong understanding of VOC analysis and other water testing methodologies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
