What You'll Get To Do:
The Compliance Training and Awareness Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive training and awareness strategies and initiatives across all PEXNA businesses and functions in coordination with business and functional leaders, to foster a culture of ethics, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Manage and execute Panasonic North America Ethics and Compliance Training

  • Create and maintain strategy and vision, multi-year plan, content development, coordination, Learning Management System (LMS) execution, course enrollment rules, course deployment, and tracking.
  • Gather business unit, SME, external provider and training participant feedback and assimilate inputs to develop training and communication.
  • Identify training and communication needs based on business risks and regulatory change.
  • Coordinate training and communication content and timing.

Manage and execute Panasonic North America Compliance Awareness Program

  • Develop communications strategy and plan, working across the ethics and compliance program risk dimensions to develop relevant timely materials.
  • Coordinate communication plans with PEXNA and business units. Serve as SME.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance SMEs to implement ethics and compliance policies supported by training and awareness materials.
  • Generate and maintain routine and ad hoc reports for leadership: Gather inputs from Business Units and LMS to measure and report Program effectiveness of training and awareness activities to OEC leadership and PEXNA Boards.
  • Create and maintain communication activity and training completion status reports for PHD and PEXNA Leadership and various business unit and functional leaders.
  • Manage, supervise, and mentor 1 direct report - Compliance Specialist.
  • Work with external training and communication service providers: Drive service requirements, monitor vendor performance and delivery, and provide vendor project oversight.

What You'll Bring:

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of previous Compliance Training and Awareness program management experience
  • 3+ years of managerial and leadership experience
  • Subject matter expertise working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) required
  • Experience in a multinational company (global workforce) environment
  • Proficiency with Visio or process mapping application and Excel or Smartsheet required
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design tools preferred

Problem Solving

  • Moderately complex problem-solving reconciling multiple inputs to satisfy multiple stakeholders simultaneously

Communications

  • Regular communication with business unit Human Resources, Communication, and Legal Departments. Frequent communication with senior Executives including Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and business unit General Counsel.

  • Hybrid position - in office 2-4 days per week

The salary range of$110k - $130k is just one component of Panasonic's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
