CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team at our Doral, FL office in support of our Transportation and Water Resources business lines.

YOUR IMPACT

CHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including, financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services. These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required.

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Team and is responsible for reviewing Requests for Proposals and preparing qualifications responses, preparation of presentations in support of marketing and proposal efforts, writing and maintaining resumes and project descriptions, coordinating marketing data, and assisting with all types of marketing materials and communications projects as needed. Additional tasks will include completing pre-qualification forms and registrations, updating professional service firm questionnaires, as well as updating and maintaining data integrity in the Deltek Vision database. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate and interface with various teams from across the organization, and attention to detail and expert communication, writing, and editing skills will be keys to success in this role.

REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications is required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience; Experience in AEC industry a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required
  • Experience creating documents with Adobe InDesign required
  • Experience with Deltek Vision or databases preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
SALARY RANGE:

$48,000 - $58,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
