TDI Technologies, Inc. (TDI) is seeking candidates for a full-time Senior Staff Accountant to assist with project accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end, including journal entries and reconciliations.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:

* Creates invoices, reconcile Open Billing Detail, maintain project budgets and alert supervisory staff of any discrepancies.

* Assist in invoice submission, address questions and ensure timely resolution.

* A/R Collections

* Process Daily Cash Receipts

Accounts Payable:

* Processing vendor invoices and research reconciliation as needed.

* Review and process purchase orders.

* Review and process employee expense reports.

Month End:

* Processing Journal entries, month end close and accrual schedules.

* Account and Bank Reconciliations.

* Maintain intercompany transactions.

Payroll:

* 1099 and W2 processing.

* Bi-weekly Payroll processing and time sheet reconciliation.

General:

* Other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

Preferred Special Skills and Experiences:

* Government contracting not limited to DCAA interactions and WAWF

* Taxation experience is a plus, but not required.

* Paylocity experience a plus, but not required.

* Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into computer software and systems.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
