Levridge is looking for a highly motivated, honest, and passionate person who wants to join our team as a Senior Consultant. We're creating industry-shaping IP to help agriculture businesses take advantage of the robust infrastructure that Microsoft Dynamics provides. Levridge was built to truly modernize how business is being done at Ag Retailers, Ag Co-ops, and Commodity Processors, making processes much more efficient, organized, and accessible.
As a Senior Consultant at Levridge, you will bring your combined industry and technology expertise to the team. You will be instrumental in thehands-on configuration, implementation, support, and optimization of Levridge commodity and ag sales modules that help our clients modernize and grow.
A Day in the Life
    • Work with clients to understand and document their business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and drive the conversation through clarifying questions.
    • Gather requirements on grain bidding, contract settlements, scale tickets, grain reporting, risk management, process manufacturing and transportation needs of commodity processors.
    • Plan and lead Joint Process Design sessions with clients, present out-of-the-box functionality, and identify business/system gaps.
    • Design/scope out a simple or semi-complex project based on business requirements and achievable benefits.
    • Facilitate and execute the successful implementation of Levridge as well as Dynamics solutions.
    • Lead and participate in frequent team meetings.
    • Lead data migration conversations, work with the technical team to execute data migrations, and test data migrations for accuracy.
    • Convert client requirements to functional specs and design documents. Ensure the accuracy of requirements and design documents.
    • Lead the design, configuration, and testing of core solutions modules.
    • Come polished and prepared for sessions, anticipate client needs, and identify potential project risks.
    • Mentor Associate Consultants and Consultants
    • Provide post-implementation client support as needed.
    • Create internal documentation, generate blog content and be involved in group discussions on how the team can improve.
    • Assists sales in estimating and creating a Statement-of-Work for a semi-complex project.
    • Creates documentation and conducts training sessions with clients.
    • Set aside time for self-development by attending training or self-learning on key subjects, stay current on emerging Microsoft technologies and 3rd party solutions.
    • Deliver creative solutions to client by applying product knowledge and industry experience.
    • Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels within the organization.
    • Leads a semi-complex project to completion on-time and on-budget.
    • Efficiently work across and balance multiple projects and priorities.
    • Embrace and leverage a collaborative approach across a multitude of roles and situations.
    • Troubleshoot system errors and performance-related issues.

Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in related industry fields or equivalent work experience
    • 5+ years of direct work experience in a commodity processor or in an ag retailer strongly preferred
    • 3+ Years leading D365 F&SCM module implementations
    • 5+ years of consulting experience
    • At least 2 full life cycle D365 F&SCM implementations, focused within the Supply Chain Management modules
    • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements and streamline/automate business processes
    • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English

    • This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States.

      Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to periodically meet with client teams across the United States and will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.

$105,000 - $165,000 a year

To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.
