Within Azure Data, the big data analytics team providesa range of products that enable data engineersanddata scientiststo extract intelligence from all data-structured, semi-structured, and unstructured. We build the Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Integration pillars of Microsoft Fabric and we are also in the process of integrating our disparate products into Azure Fabric with a set of experiences that aremeantto simplify and accelerate time to value. ResponsibilitiesCreate, implement, optimize, debug, refactor, and reuse code to establish and improve performance, maintainability, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI).Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for product scenarios.Drive identification of dependencies and the documentation and development of design to completion for a feature, product, application, service, or platform.Leverage subject-matter skills of product features and partners with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., product managers) to drive a workgroup's project plans, release plans, and work items.Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and guide other engineers in developing and following the playbook, working on call to monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions, alerting stakeholders about status and initiates actions to restore system/product/service for simple and complex problems when appropriate.Proactively seek new knowledge and adapt to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.Embody our culture and values
