ResponsibilitiesYou will guide and coach teams as they work with Software and Hardware Engineering to design technical solutions. You will also guide teams to identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.You'll coach teams to define success criteria and provide expertise in knowledge to help them understand return on investment. You'll also drive them to collaborate and ensure alignment on product management and release.You will guide teams to deliver on feature roadmap, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation, and help teams lead governance programs.You will oversee teams driving continuous improvements by using industry expertise to teach them to validate use cases and helping them partner with other departments to collect performance metrics. You'll also guide teams to own customer support and ensure they participate in direct customer engagements.
