We are looking for a Forklift Operator to help us meet production and quality goals. As a Trex Forklift Operator, you'll be responsible for unloading goods and materials from incoming trucks, ensuring accuracy, speed, and adherence to safety protocols. This role is a key member of our Maintenance team.
This is a unique opportunity to join the organization at an expansion stage and help build talent and culture from the ground up, as we build Trex's new location in Little Rock. A high level of accountability and coordination, along with a focus on relationships and willingness to travel regularly to other established locations during the early months of this role will be key components to success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or GED is required for this role. Certification or willingness to obtain certification for operating forklifts and other machinery is also required. Previous experience working with an inventory management system and experience working in warehouse operations or logistics is strongly preferred. If you have worked as a material handler or equipment unloader, we want to hear from you!
Candidates for this role must be open to working in a production environment. This position may transition to a 12-hour shift, production role once manufacturing operations begin at the Little Rock facility in approximately 3-6 months.
