Position Overview

Stanley's business is growing, and we are building our supply chain capabilities to ensure our customers can quickly find the right product for them. This role will be crucial to ensuring the smooth execution of order fulfillment and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for all B2B customers. Responsible for overseeing the entire order fulfillment lifecycle, from order placement to delivery, while optimizing operational efficiencies and minimizing costs. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities coupled with a strong understanding of supply chain management and fulfillment principles.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and expedite fulfillment of B2B orders to ensure timely delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main POC for 3PLs, customers, and sales for day-to-day order management.
  • Identify, support, and champion process improvements as required to ensure best practices and SOPs are defined, implemented, and followed.
  • Provide proactive communication on carrier service failures and field requests for status updates on urgent orders.
  • Provide 3PLs with updated vendor guides and ensure all customer compliance guidelines are followed for labeling, packaging, routing, and shipping to avoid chargebacks.
  • Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and sales on order progress.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delivery-related issues. Work with 3PL & IT to ensure on-time ASN transmittals to retailers.
  • Collaborate with planning, sales, order management, and logistics to manage the following: on-hand inventory levels, outbound order & inbound container forecasts, weekly outbound working capacity at the 3PL, Bulk and Rack Storage Capacity, replenishment and inventory transfer opportunities
  • Run reports as requested for S&OP and forecasting meetings, weekly and monthly business reviews, and operational analysis.
  • Track KPIs established for 3PLs and hold our partners accountable. Our goal is to use data-driven analysis to drive operational efficiencies and enhance customer experience.

Who You Are

  • Adaptable. Ability to work within tight timelines and pivot quickly to changes in priority.
  • Flexible. Travel to 3PL locations as needed.
  • Analytical. Reporting, forecasting, and deep dive into operational analysis and providing end to end business reviews. Making recommendations for improved efficiency, etc.
  • Motivated. Proactive in outreach across all business groups, bringing together over solutions, making recommendations for change as needed
  • Partner. Ability to build strong partnerships and communicate effectively and proactively with cross-functional teams and outside partners.

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in operations and/order management.
  • Experience in B2B fulfillment operations and account management, providing operational support for key retailers and sales teams
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse management systems, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment procedures.
  • Experience working within an ERP, OMS, WMS, and vendor portals. Additional and beneficial experience with Manhattan, Maves, Vendor Central, and Oracle.

Salary Range

$105,000 - $130,000 annually.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
