Pay Rate: $15/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

As a Member Services Representative, your role encompasses verifying and updating member information, managing incoming calls, handling mail correspondence, and maintaining accurate accounting records. You'll assist in database management, support other departments as needed, and manage various tasks including processing refunds and addressing member inquiries. Additionally, you'll handle mailings, conduct research on member information, and tackle any other assigned duties efficiently.
