What You'll Do:

• Position will operate within the AF/A4C.
• Responsible to AF/A4CX to analyze threat, MICT, ARIS, DRRS, LL, IGEMS, and exercise data and make recommendations to the AF/A4C Career Field Managers (CFMs) on CE training.
• Directly supports 3E9 EM and 32E CE Officer CFMs on EM and CBRN training.
• Ensures related training addresses most current threat information. Coordinates with Joint Staff, Air Force Institute of Technology, and Air Education and Training Command, to manage CE attendance at the CBRN Joint Senior Leaders Course, AFIT EM courses, and the EM Apprentice Course and the CBRN-Qualified Engineer Course.
• Assists the 3E9 Emergency Management CFM and the EM Functional Advisor to the DAF CE Civilian CFM in tasks associated with their roles.
• Prepares briefings, BBPs, or other documentation in support of working groups, integrated product teams, and tiger teams analyzing CBRN requirements, programs and issues.
• Recommends corrective actions to the DAF government representatives.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years' experience in Emergency Management (EM) and CBRN defense operations across a full spectrum threat environment.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
• Must have an active Top Secret/SCI and NATO clearance on day one.
• Air Force experience preferred.

Location Requirements

This role will have a Hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of working at the Pentagon.

Compensation

Expected Salary: $110,000 - $120,000
