Overview ONE TEAM. ALL HEART. At Oklahoma Heart Hospital (OHH), patient care is at the heart of everything we do. This physician owned hospital was designed by cardiologists to ensure that patients receive expert, individualized care with utmost comfort. Responsibilities This is a summer temporary position. Full time/Part time hours available. Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Nurse Director, Clinic Director and Data Support Supervisor with daily clinic data abstraction, validation and other duties as assigned. General Duties: Abstract data from legacy electronic medical record and enter information into new system Validate data from legacy electronic medical record Manually enter missing data Other duties as assigned by leadership Clerical support as needed Qualifications Education: High school graduate or equivalent required. Experience: Job related experience in health care preferred. Six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in a clinic setting preferred. Working Knowledge: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing; managing files and record and other office procedures and terminology; Skill in operating a multi-phone line system, computer, photocopy machine, & fax machine; Ability to speak clearly and concisely; Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions Every team member at OHH plays an integral role in our patients' experience.
