The MaineHealth Telehealth Product Manager will be responsible for leading the selection and implementation of patient- and provider-facing Telehealth technologies at MaineHealth. The Telehealth work is broad and growing quickly, covering inpatient acute consults and virtual rounding in hospitals across Maine and New Hampshire, outpatient telehealth services/visits when the patient is located at home, outside the home, and in the clinic, and a growing portfolio of remote patient monitoring programming. The Product Manager is expected to support vendor and partner review and selection of new technologies; additionally, the Product Manager is expected to establish extensive knowledge of internal solutions to be able to identify when it would be favorable to build versus partner. Selected technologies will be brought through the new product pipeline, from ideation to implementation to ongoing facilitation of iterations during the maintenance phase. The Product Manager will maintain knowledge of current and emerging telehealth software and hardware technologies and an understanding of primary standards and compliance issues in telehealth care delivery. Additionally, the Product Manager should have an understanding of the Epic electronic health record and have experience working closely with IT and analytics teams to allow for frequent and ongoing iterations of new technology and programming. They will be comfortable with formal project management processes and methods of managing projects and working with multiple stakeholders on complex, innovative, and highly impactful new programs, and highly impactful new programs.
