Key Result Areas:

Responsible for accurately processing and entering customers' orders.

Principle Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Compiling and sorting order data, reviewing data for deficiencies, errors and discrepancies. Research and obtain further information to correct any errors identified.
  2. Importing order data into the company database within time limits
  3. Ensuring orders are generated and released for processing in accordance with customer expectations.
  4. Process and maintain customer orders to send to our warehouse; extract and analyze in-house reports using multiple system sources; perform inventory transactions in our in-house system; and communicate with customers and inter-departments.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently
  • Other special projects or tasks may be assigned as needed
