Salary:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your responsibilities:

FUCHS is committed to ensuring its customers and other stakeholders are provided accurate and timely information regarding the safe use and handling of its products. As Product Stewardship Manager, you will be responsible for leading FUCHS' North American product stewardship team in its efforts to meet this commitment. In this role, you will report to the Vice President - Legal and be particularly responsible for:

  • Identifying and internally communicating emerging product safety and environmental regulations that may impact our products;
  • Ensuring the Company's safety data sheets and labels clearly and accurately relate product safety guidance and comply with applicable regulations;
  • Arranging for the timely and accurate response to product stewardship requests from customers and other stakeholders;
  • Managing the Company's compliance with various global inventory and import regulations.

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, biology or related technical field required, with a masters degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant product stewardship work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact and professionally communicate with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required. SAP experience is a plus.
