How You'll Make an Impact:

As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our customers' lawns and outdoor spaces to the highest standards. Your work will directly contribute to creating beautiful landscapes that our customers love.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of previous lawn maintenance experience required
• Precise, consistent work output is essential, requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time
• Ability to deliver quality work on a consistent basis
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and maintain composure
• Experience working with routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines
• Dependable and self-motivated with a desire to work year-round
• English speaking preferred but not required
• Ability to work inside and/or outside for long periods, sometimes in extreme temperatures

What You'll Do:

• Ensure mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleaning beds, and all other lawn maintenance work is done in a professional manner
• Prepare equipment and supplies needed for the workday, loading them in the truck and trailer
• Learn and use all equipment in an efficient and safe manner as directed by the Crew Leader
• Become familiar with customers' expectations and service contracts
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors
