Description

This position is part of the Printing Operations department within our Bank Operations group. Print is responsible for many critical daily tasks including, but not limited to, creating, printing, and mailing account statements, notices, and letters. These tasks are completed by utilizing various software applications, high speed printers and automated mailing equipment. This team is also responsible for the receipt and delivery of mail items received into our operations facility.

Typical hours for this position are Monday - Friday 6am - 4pm. Some weekend hours are required as needed.

Position Requirements:

  • 1-3 years banking experience or college degree preferred, but not required
    * Ability to use standard computer software (MS Outlook, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat) and quickly learn to navigate and operate job-specific software and web-based applications
    * Strong work ethic, critical thinking, and problem solving skills with attention to detail
    * Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively on the phone and through email to internal customers and business partners
    * Ability to provide a high degree of customer service
    * Consistently perform in a volume driven environment where workload fluctuates, but deadlines stay the same and service levels must be met
    * Ability to perform specific tasks independently
    * Ability to lift 50 lbs.
    * Ability to work in a warehouse/noisy environment
    * High degree of reliability
    * Other duties as assigned by management

    In addition, the position is expected to read, reference, and interpret written departmental procedures, cross train on department tasks, make suggestions to correct or enhance existing processes, and take advantage of available opportunities to develop a deeper understanding of applicable regulations, operational compliance, and the banking industry to support career development and growth.
