Job Description
Title- Access Administrator 3
Location- Portland, OR (On-Site)
Duration- 12 months

Shifts: 1st, M-W-F 5:30 am T-Th 7:00 am

Completely understands techniques, standards and principles, concerning working with sensitive information in an office setting. Produces and issues credentials to comply with company requirements. Utilizes company standard office equipment and supplies. Meets customer requirements by deploying industry standard and government approved systems and devices. Verifies identification and proof of citizenship for export compliance. Performs on-line background checks of non-employees. Knowledge of record keeping requirements, pertinent databases, logs and records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Experienced with records and data management. Responds to authorized inquiries. Participates in cross-functional teams and special projects. Participates in the development of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with government and company requirements. Assists others with understanding of policies and procedures. Develops solutions to problems regarding the use of credentials to ensure protection of people, property and information. Provides quality customer service in fast-paced environment.

Job specific tasks:
* Process / create / update - Client employee badge requests
* Process - Client New Hire and Intern badges
* Process / create / update - Non-Client badge Requests
* Create / update / maintain - Non-Client badge profiles
* Conducts badging records profile audits
* Processes citations and enters data into database
