Position Summary
Under general supervision, but in conformity with established policies and procedures, performs analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design, installation and maintenance of new and existing telephone systems, mobile devices, ATM hardware and software, copier/scanning/faxing systems and PC's; provides support, guidance and expertise to users. Assist Help Desk with user support calls/emails in a backup role. Maintain vendor relationships and maintenance contracts with telco providers as well as the other systems as directed.
