Support Relationship Managers and management with account administration for personal trust and agency relationships. Maintain accounts, ensure accuracy, respond to client inquiries, and assist in business development. Coordinate with internal partners to resolve issues and ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements. May manage a small book of business under supervision and participate in projects. Attend client meetings as needed.

This person will also:

  • Provide administrative and sales support, including scheduling, correspondence, reporting, and project assistance. Update internal systems, prepare sales presentations and client materials, assist in financial planning recommendations, and liaise with internal partners to resolve complex issues.

  • Oversee daily account administration for personal trust and agency clients, ensuring prompt action and compliance. Manage client activity, transactions, documentation, and ongoing maintenance while communicating relevant information to Relationship Managers and internal partners.

  • Work directly with clients to address complex questions and operational issues, providing superior customer service. Use online systems to manage client information, account activities, and transactions (e.g., bill payments, ACH, wires), ensuring compliance with trust documents and regulatory guidelines.

Education

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, Paralegal or related field. Required

Experience

  • 4-7 years Banking or office/administrative or paralegal. Required

  • Less than 2 years of Trust and Investment experience. Required

Licenses and Certifications

  • CTFA-Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. Preferred
