Pentair has a job opportunity for you! Join us as a Distribution Team Lead supporting our Distribution department.You will be responsible for improving the process through the implementation of the lean principles with a focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost control.

More details about the opportunity:

* Ensures that the employees are trained and performing all tasks in a safe and productive manner.

* Manages employees and flexes them out where they are needed.

* Ensures that the truck lanes are shipping orders on time.

* Ensures reports are completed each day that are required for each department in distribution.

* Oversees training of new hires and existing employees.

* Conducts daily 5S audit

Position Hours/Schedule:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am- 3:30pm (plus occasional overtime required)

Other Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent

* Forklift license

* 2 years shipping experience
