Job Description:

The Regional Sales Representative (RSR) is responsible for generating a client base through cold calling, sales leads and interacting with customers throughout all sales process phases from start to finish. The position will include selling the company's products, systems, and/or services to customers in an assigned territory, industry, or account while ensuring the client has a positive experience. The ideal RSR candidate has experience applying in-depth technical knowledge of products, systems, and services.

  • Sell both net-new, expansion, professional services, OEM, and renewal contracts for NextGen Office.
  • Maintain prospect/client relationships and account management pre and post sales.
  • Provide detailed discovery information and coordinate live demos for prospects.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide-range of personas ranging from technical developers to C-Suite Executives.
  • Participate in contract reviews.
  • Participate in campaigns and new initiatives related to products, upgrades, and changes in the market requirements.
  • Accountable for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Attend sales meetings, sales training classes, trade shows, and possible client visits.
  • Close the sales on products, systems and/or services.
  • Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.

Education Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.

Experience Required:
  • 3 years' sales experience or account management in Healthcare or similar industry.
  • Experience in interoperability solutions, familiar with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, Open Source technology, support-focused contracts, and OEM Licensing.
  • Experience in technology sales, computer experience, healthcare.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of:Healthcare technology industry, technical knowledge of products, systems and services, proficiency with sales management software and CRM., SaaS products and Microsoft Office.
  • Skill in:Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to:Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism. Initiative and the ability to focus on opportunities and solutions.
