Job Summary

This role coordinates reporting aspects such as preparing progress reports, continuing reviews and updating records for Internal Review Board and funding agency. Additionally, meets regularly with other staff involved in data collection and data analysis to ensure timelines are being met; identify problems and formulate plans for resolution. Contributes to the development and submission of grant proposals; create budgets and justifications, works with collaborators to ensure subcontractor agreements are complete and accurate and acquires administrative authorization when needed. Assists in conducting surveys and gathering or abstracting data. Participates in recruiting and interviewing research participants. Synthesizes and presents research findings. Serves as liaison to other departments and/or entities. Devises work plans for research staff. Supervises research project by orienting, timing, and giving ongoing feedback.

Education and Experience

Minimum Requirements

  • Master's degree in related field and three (3) years' experience in behavioral, social science or public health. OR
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and five (5) years' experience in behavioral, social science or public health.
  • Prefer bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
