We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Subcontractor Operations Coordinator to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive Subcontractor Management and Supplier Diversity initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and promoting supplier diversity and effective subcontractor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teams in establishing, managing, and monitoring Subcontractor and Supplier Diversity goals and objectives.
  • Collect, validate, negotiate, and input data from external businesses and individuals to generate Subcontractor Supplier Diversity reports.
  • Generate and review all customer reports with manager and make appropriate distribution as required.
  • Post reports to applicable customer portals and internal tools.
  • Respond to internal and external requests and inquiries regarding Subcontractors and Supplier Diversity.
  • Assist in implementing and providing ongoing support of Subcontractor Management and Supplier Diversity initiatives.
  • Onboard and Offboard Subcontractors and Independent Contractors in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and engage diverse vendors and subcontractors.
  • Provide feedback of Supplier Diversity and Subcontractor Management processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist internal teams with supplier diversity, subcontractor management, and other related operational processes, practices, and procedures.
  • Change Management by preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in related field. (i.e. Supplier Diversity, Delivery Operations, Contracts, Program Management, Procurement, Compliance).
  • 3+ years of experience working with subcontractor management, supplier diversity requirements, and commercial and international procurement methods.
  • Experience in subcontractor management and supplier diversity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Ironclad, Certinia, and UKG is a plus.
  • Certification in Contract Management, Compliance, or Project Management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, CCCM, CCMA, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, DEI certifications) is a plus.
