The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Personal Insurance professional to join our Personal Lines team based in our Renton, WA office.
How you will have an impact at TPG A Personal Insurance Advisor puts their client’s best interests first. You are a partner who solves problems by building custom insurance strategies that discover, protect, and enhance your client’s future. You will grow your book of business through new sales and advising existing clients as their needs change over time. A TPG Personal Insurance Advisor is a Property & Casualty expert who educates their clients and ensures the best protection for their lives and property. We don’t just sell insurance at The Partners Group; we protect lives and the assets that are most important to them.
What a typical day in this role looks like:
Preparing proposals and making recommendations to prospects and existing clients
Revenue generation through prospecting, account rounding and referrals from existing clients
Providing client reviews to ensure client insurance portfolio is up to date and meets unique client needs.
Analyzing client loss exposures
Addressing eligibility/coverage questions with clients
Serving as a liaison between client and insurance carrier when necessary
Ensuring favorable claims processing and resolution
A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Property & Casualty Advisor, Consultant, or an experienced Account Manager
An active Property & Casualty Insurance license is required
Excellent customer relations providing prompt, accurate, and friendly client service
Clear, concise communication to build and maintain strong client relationships
A high level of accountability and the ability to handle multiple client requests under tight deadlines
Self-sufficient and able to work independently, as well as in team settings
Strong organization and attention to detail
Experience in AMS 360 agency management system
Experience with multiple carriers including Safeco, Travelers, Cincinnati, Chubb, and PURE

You are a proven insurance professional ready to take over management of an existing book of business: serving clients, answering questions, making policy recommendations, performing client account reviews in person or virtually, remarketing households that need a new carrier, writing new business from start to finish.
Ability to work cohesively with a dedicated account manager to serve clients at the highest level
Advanced Insurance designation(s) such as CPRM, ARM, CIC, AAI, or CPCU
You have existing centers of influence to serve as referral sources
You have a track record of doing what’s best for the client
