As a Specialized Services Representative, you are on the sourcing side of the brokerage, finding capacity to move Partial / Shared Truckload and Dedicated Small Vehicle shipments. You will gather and evaluate multiple service options to provide solutions to Echo's customers. You will develop strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. As you advance your sales skillset, there will be opportunity to take your career to the next level!

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source and procure new carrier capacity
  • Establish internal relationships within Echo to expand your book of business
  • Evaluate pricing and service levels across multiple providers to provide most efficient cost and transit options
  • Manage execution across entire life cycle of shipments to ensure high levels of customer service
  • Utilize data driven resources to make informed buying decisions
  • Navigate Echo's proprietary software to manage daily operational load management tasks
