Summary
PlayCore's Southern Fulfillment Center in Fort Payne has a reputation for having engaged, productive employees, and we're looking for a Human Resources (HR) manager to continue that happy tradition. The ideal candidate will have extensive prior experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, compensation & analysis, metrics/KPI's, AAP/EEO audit and reporting, and employee relations, with a thorough understanding and experience in fair and consistent administration of HR policy and procedures.
The bulk of the role will involve supporting all areas of the company by managing the overall recruiting strategy, advising management on employee issues and documentation, managing employee relations issues, employee orientation and onboarding, project management, compensation analysis to include market research and internal alignment, training and development, monthly reporting, conflict resolution, and benefits administration There is also a great opportunity for developing and refining systems. We are eager to find an HR manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce.

Required Skills and Abilities:
Education and/or Experience
A bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience or any similar combination of education and experience required.
Minimum of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Travel
Some travel may be required but is minimal.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Must be able to supervise and lead a team.
