Department Information
The Georgia Institute of Technology, Scheller College of Business located in Atlanta, GA, offers Undergraduate, MBA (Full-time, Evening and Executive MBA), Ph.D., Graduate Certificate, Executive Education programs. The College is home to 10 Centers & Initiatives dedicated to cultivating the growth of our students. The College has approximately 200 employees (not including students): 80 tenured/tenure-track faculty, 90 staff members, and 30 lecturers, professors of the practice. Scheller College of Business undergraduate program ranked top 20 in the nation for a third year in a row (U.S. News & World Report). The Evening MBA program was recognized as No. 1 in the state (U.S. News & World Report), and the Jones MBA Career Center remained top five in the world for the sixth year in a row (The Financial Times). In addition, Scheller's undergraduate and MBA specialties in business analytics, information systems, operations, and supply chain were ranked top 10 in the nation (U.S. News & World Report).

Job Summary

Develop and manage short-term and long-term plans for MBA recruitment. Represent the MBA programs at recruiting events on and off campus; develop and conduct MBA information sessions and other on-campus recruiting and yield events. Conduct personal informational interviews upon request of prospective applicants/students and respond to inquiries via phone, e-mail, and walk-in. Work with Director of MBA Admissions and MBA Marketing Manager to identify sources for potential applicants to the MBA program. Personally contact candidates to promote Georgia Tech programs. Coordinate all yield efforts and events for admitted applicants; represent the Georgia Tech MBA programs to HR representatives in metro-Atlanta and make on-site presentations. Interact with College of Management MBA Admissions Office staff, Director, GT staff, applicants, students, individuals at off campus events.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -
Develop and manage short-term and long-term plans for MBA recruitment. Represent the MBA programs at recruiting events on and off campus.

Job Duty 2 -
Develop and conduct MBA information sessions and other on-campus recruiting and yield events. Conduct personal informational interviews upon request of prospective applicants/students and respond to inquiries via phone, e-mail, and walk-in.

Job Duty 3 -
Work with Director of MBA Admissions and MBA Marketing Manager to identify sources for potential applicants to the MBA program.

Job Duty 4 -
Personally contact candidates to promote Georgia Tech programs. Coordinate all yield efforts and events for admitted applicants.

Job Duty 5 -
Represent the Georgia Tech MBA programs to HR representatives in metro-Atlanta and make on-site presentations.

Job Duty 6 -
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Other Required Qualifications
Overnight travel required for project delivery; flexibility in on-site daily service delivery hours (due to client shift schedules, project requirements).

Required Experience
Four to six years of job related experience

Salary range: $60,000.00-$75,000.00
