Could you be the full-time hybrid Deputy Project Manager in Deputy Project Manager we're looking for?


Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, quality assurance, customer service), coordinating project schedules and resources, and much more."

We'll look to you for:

  • Follow up with internal teams to discuss project priorities, deadlines, and conduct risk assessments,

  • Serve a pivotal role as Customer Interface ,

  • Support Project scheduling to ensure the activities are up to date with WBS and Detailed Program Schedule,

  • Participate in program reviews to finalize and execute Program Management Plan ,

  • Forecast delays and communicate information to management including PM,

  • Provide support in resource planning,

  • Responsible for Program Launch,

  • Participate in reviews to ensure product deliverables meet DFQ gates

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, Additional experience may substitute for a degree,

  • 3 years of experience or understanding of Project Management or similar related experience, with a preference for Agile experience,

  • Knowledge of transportation industry, specifically in train control is preferred,

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred,

  • Proficiency in serving as a Customer Interface and managing stakeholder communications,

  • Strong documentation skills for supporting Release package and preparing presentations

  • Valid US Passport required due to periodic travel to Australia and Sweden.
