The Parts Exchange Worker is responsible for performing inspections of components based upon Caterpillar guidelines (CAC), both manually, and by using a forklift and/or crane.

Parts Exchange Worker Responsibilities:

• Physical labor
• Forklift operations
• Load and unload freight trucks
• Manage return paperwork for customer pick-up area
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Wear and utilize all required PPE
• Work together as a team to accomplish department goals
• Additional tasks assigned as needed
• This position will be physically demanding at times and must be able to handle a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

Parts Exchange Worker Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Basic math and computer skills
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Previous experience operating a forklift
• Ability to demonstrate safe practices and follow all safety policies
• Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Wear and utilize all required PPE
• Good organization and time management skills
