The Client Experience Project Manager manages all aspects of small to medium sized projects from initiation to delivery, so the projects are completed on time and with quality. May also be a resource for larger projects. Designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing a project, and monitors progress and performance against it. Identifies, resolves, or escalates issues in order to minimize delays. Facilitates and manages the analysis of project requirements, and identifies/understands resources and time required to complete the project(s). Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team. Works with stakeholders to identify and establish priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones, and ensures the project is delivered to the team leader or stakeholder's satisfaction.

Job Description - Summary of This Role

Administer projects from initiation to delivery, and ensure all projects or initiatives are completed on time and with quality. Projects will be mostly small to moderate sized scopes. Provide support on large projects. Develops the project plan, and/or implements an established plan and monitors progress and performance against it. Identifies, resolves, or escalates issues in order to minimize delays.

What Part Will You Play?

  • Administer projects with a span of influence that typically requires working with multiple teams across the globe

  • Manage small to medium sized projects that typically require making customizations to standard, repeatable processes and plans

  • Clearly define project roles & responsibilities, escalation paths and ownership

  • Actively participates in creation (or facilitation) of specifications

  • Oversee and ensure validation on the specifications

  • Actively participate in project planning and resource requirements

  • Provide detail gathering and status monitoring

  • Handle project execution working with both internal and external teams

  • Ensure quality of the end deliverable

  • Manage day-to-day team expectations

  • Establish and execute the roll out strategy

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Participate in early morning or late evening calls with our international teams, when needed

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and at least one year relevant work experience in a professional setting

  • Google, Salesforce, Medallia experience preferred but not required

  • Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, leadership skills are all essential to successful program/project management

  • Solid organizational skills

  • Be a motivated self-starter who is also a team player with great cross-group collaboration skills

  • Excellent oral and communication skills - with a focus on documentation

  • Track record of successfully delivering high quality projects on time in a fast-paced/rapidly changing environment

  • Detail oriented, yet able to look at a wide array of choices and identify what truly matters

  • Ability to assist others in their work and assess the quality of other's work

  • Enjoys solving problems/finding new solutions
