CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an Owner Project Manager to join our Commercial & Institutional - PMCM/OPM Team at our office in Boston, MA.

This is a hybrid opportunity that will require the Owner's Rep Project Manager to visit project sites, owner's and consultants' offices, and attend evening meetings as required.

The Owner Project Manager works diligently to complete projects within the scope, budget and schedule. This key role is responsible for managing the overall client relationship including any technical, financial or logistical issues that may arise. Our Owner Project Managers are skilled collaborators who are experts at problem solving and adapting and staying calm under pressure. The Owner Project Manager sells and develops work with specific clients, ultimately leading to a "seller/doer" dual role, by understanding our client's challenges, building partnerships with them, and providing creative solutions to those challenges.

The Owner Project Manager coordinates contracts with the client, subcontractors, purchase orders, daily correspondence, and all other project related documents. The Owner Project Manager is responsible for all project financials, manages subcontractor payments, and communicates updates to the client, management, and project team during monthly project review meetings with operations.

REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management or a related degree is required; Master's Degree preferred
  • PE or equivalent professional license preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience required; a minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience required
  • Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • A self-starter who excels in a high-paced work environment and work well independently
SALARY RANGE:

$74,000 - $90,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
