Job Summary:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the marketing team in implanting productive marketing strategies and plans. This position's starting wage is $16.

Essential Functions:

  • Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
  • Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
  • Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
  • Develop and implement media strategies to enhance visibility and engagement across various platforms
  • Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data driven recommendations for improvement
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure cohesive and impactful social media campaigns
  • Engage with online communities, team members, and business to build brand advocacy and partnerships
  • Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to differentiate our brand
  • Stay informed about relevant social media advertising options and assist in the planning and execution of media campaigns
  • Support and cultivate new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
  • A minimum of six months of related experience and training
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be able to learn other software systems easily
  • Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand
  • Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach
  • Occasionally required to sit or stoop
  • Occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds

Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
