Marketing Coordinator

Position Title: Marketing Coordinator

Reports To: Director of Marketing

Department: Marketing

General purpose

Manages day-to-day marketing activities in support of overall marketing strategy.

General Description

In-Situ Inc. is a growing manufacturer of innovative environmental and process monitoring solutions. We are looking for a marketing coordinator who can efficiently manage the tasks necessary to support our marketing strategy. This individual must be very detail oriented, a good communicator, able to multi-task, and able to work independently to accomplish objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage editing and publishing of product documentation (specification sheets and brochures).
• Support logistics and planning of events and tradeshows.
• Post content on website, including news posts, customer stories, events, application content.
• Edit pricing, descriptions, photos, videos, related products, and market features on eCommerce product pages.
• Maintain campaigns in Smartsheet.
• Organize and update digital asset management system (Brandfolder).
• Update partner portals.
• Post and maintain event content and sales contact information on the website.
• Format presentations for branding consistency, grammar, etc.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, ecommerce analytics, and other website analytics.

Additional Responsibilities

• Represent In-Situ Inc. at regional and national trade shows as needed.
• Participate in company meetings, training programs, and continuous improvement efforts.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Knowledge

• BS/BA in marketing field or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
• Demonstrated experience in marketing administration
• Understanding of marketing processes.
• Understanding of environmental, groundwater, and/or water quality monitoring is a plus

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under high pressure situations
• Analytical skills to track results from marketing activities and make recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Excellent self-starter skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong aptitude with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent team skills
• Ambitious and open to learning new tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML preferred
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONS

• Computer system data terminal
• Normal office environment and some physical activity
• Some travel event locations - estimated at less than 5%

TOTAL REWARDS

Compensation: Compensation will be commensurate with the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data and internal comps.

Salary Range: $56,000-64,000 per year.

Additional Compensation: Participation in a Company-sponsored variable compensation plan.
