Service Coordinator Role Responsibilities:

• Reviewing invoices for accuracy
• Performing warranty processes
• Shipping & receiving
• Equipment inventory control
• Safety and contamination control enforcement
• Production/efficiency monitoring
• Technical support
• Shop scheduling and coordination of repairs
• Communication with Product Support Sales Reps, customers and technicians
• Assist Service Supervisor with duties as assigned and fill in during absences

Service Coordinator Position Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of dispatching is a service industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills (email, phone, in person) and ability to communicate with technicians, customers, sales reps, and other Mustang departments

Strongly Preferred:

• A strong mechanical aptitude
• Spanish speaking skills
