Job Description
The Global Performance Manager will report to the Global Performance Management and Communications Lead and is responsible for managing deliverables, projects and performing key tasks associated with but not limited to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Business Intelligence development and modeling, account data governance, monthly and quarterly reporting and access administration.

What your day-to-day will look like:
Business Intelligence Support:
* Develop and implement global Business Intelligence strategy including working closely with Corrigo Platform Analyst (CPA) to create global Corrigo data governance standards
* Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions, including interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI and tabular reports in SSRS, sourcing data from internal SQL Server databases, Azure Databricks, Tableau published data sources and external sources, and leveraging ETL tools (Alteryx) when needed.
* Validate and clean input data, ensure assumptions are correct, manage outliers appropriately, raise any questions or issues with the input data if any exist, and help find the root cause of those issues
* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business questions/requirements/opportunities, and to support the accurate business usage and interpretation of JLL data as well as provide insight/answers to meet the needs of the business
* Support global team with the analysis of data, identifying outliers and summarizing the data to help tell the story
* Partner with client to identify data and analytical needs; guide and recommend solutions for
* Maintain data in Property Hub and ensure alignment with other JLL systems such as Corrigo

Performance Management:
* Partner with Global Performance Management Lead to streamline KPI and SLA reporting
* Support the development and automation of quarterly and monthly reporting including but not limited to client facing business reviews, health & safety reports, operational reports
* Collaborate with the global team with the development and implementation of new programs, enhancement of existing programs
* Provide access administration as the Account Security Admin (ASM) for JLL's TAT; Ensure SOC2 compliance

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, MIS, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
* Reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual capable of planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment - works well in a remote environment
* Business analysis, consulting/advisory, and/or project or client management experience will be a strong plus
* Exposure to SharePoint Power Applications a plus
* Having a broad understanding of the Corporate Real Estate business is a plus
* Experience with Agile methodologies and knowledge of development lifecycle is a plus
* Comfortable with senior managers and executives; can present without undue tension and nervousness

Required Skills and Experience:
* 4+ years of BI, business, or data analyst experience required ideally in an enterprise environment across multiple application systems and business functions
* High level of technical skills with demonstrated ability to manage, manipulate, analyze raw data, research data issues, draw conclusions, provide resolution, and develop actionable recommendations
* Must have demonstrated experience in building and analyzing reports and dashboards along with summarizing the data for business users
* Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written), Strong understanding of analytic/statistical concepts with the ability to explain them to others
* Experience with data visualization tools, Tableau and Power BI
* Proficiency in ETL processes/tools - Alteryx
* Strong SQL skills with experience developing complex queries and stored procedures
