Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma. Familiarity with office software (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Good organizational, time management, writing and verbal skills. Community-based positions require a valid Florida driver's license in good standing and ability to meet Centerstone's insurance company standards. Competency with computer systems and concurrent documentation.

Preferred Qualification:

Bilingual English/Spanish. Knowledge of community resources or ability to learn quickly. Experience working in an organization, which provides behavioral health and/or addictions treatment services. Bachelors in Psychology or related field preferred.


Special Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Requires strong communication and internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters will be required. Must be able to work independently whilst being a team player. Attention to detail and problem solving skills are a must.

Essential Functions:
1. Reports to work as scheduled on a daily basis and performs duties as assigned by supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
2. Obtains all necessary information and directs incoming phone calls to the appropriate team member.
3. Provides administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
4. Inputs written documentation into Avatar in a timely manner for all services rendered
5. Act as liaison and communicate collaboratively with team members, local law enforcement, Lee County Human and Veteran Services and local stakeholders to maintain coordination of the HOT Team.
6. Candidate should have a familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
7. Completes all required agency trainings as to maintain 100% compliance.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

This position operates primarily in an office setting. Sits, stands, bends, lifts and moves intermittently during work hours. Is subject to frequent interruptions. Is involved with clients, family members, court and county personnel and government agencies.

Position Type, Expected Hours of Work and Travel:

This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week. Some early morning and evening hours when needed.

Entry Pay Range:

$15.11 - $21.17
