CULINARY ASSISTANT
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible to prepare dining room, serve meals, and perform daily record keeping and cleaning tasks all with a focus on great customer service, proper technique and good hygiene.

Able to understand, read, write, and speak English.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to lift in excess of 40 pounds.
Able to relate to and work with the elderly.
Function independently.
Make proper judgments.
Possess high degree of personal cleanliness and hygiene.
Be cooperative with supervisors, fellow employees, and other departments.
