Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing all software solution sales activities, focusing on expanding our presence and driving growth in the accounts and regions assigned to you. Your primary goal will be to drive adoption and sales of the Dassault Systemes portfolio, with a particular emphasis on the CATIA, ENOVIA, SIMULIA, and 3DEXPERIENCE platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

    Extend the CATIA portfolio presence beyond No Magic, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to introduce SIMULIA simulation capabilities as an integral part of the Design Engineering end-to-end process.
  • Incorporate the integrated data platform capabilities of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform into our Digital Engineering solution offerings, enhancing value for our clients.
  • Expand the success of STC Digital Engineering solutions beyond the Aerospace & Defense industry, identifying and pursuing opportunities in new sectors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred. BS 12-15, MS 10-13, PhD 8-10
  • Proven track record of success in software solution sales, with a focus on complex technical products and services.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dassault Systemes portfolio, particularly CATIA, ENOVIA, SIMULIA, and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Equal Pay Act
This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
