I. Major Responsibilities:

1 (50%). Leads the full cycle recruitment process. This includes creative sourcing, resume evaluation, and candidate screening for open requisitions.Using the applicant tracking system (ATS), facilitate the job posting, confirm requirements are appropriate for the approved job description, and activate posting. Using the ATS, present qualified diverse applicants to the hiring manager for consideration and monitor progress through the interview process. Coach and provide guidance on offers leveraging guidance from the compensation team, and extend offers to candidate. Monitors performance against established TA metrics and service level agreements through the full lifecycle of recruitment.
2 (30%). Provides innovative candidate sourcing to produce diverse talent pipelines and maintaining a talent pipeline of active and passive candidates for all relevant functional areas. Leverage professional associations, social networks, and online resources and other emerging technology to generate diverse candidate slates for hiring teams. Build and maintain a talent pipeline to fill critical openings and strategic role.
3 (10%).Represents the company at external and internal functions (i.e., job fairs, sponsored events, etc.), provide any participants with information about the company and career opportunities.
4 (10%).Participates in ad-hoc projects including but not limited to, process improvement efforts.

II. Position Qualifications:

License/Certification/Education:
Required:
1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. Human Capital Institute Strategic Acquisition certification required or achieved within 1 year of employment.
Preferred:
1. Relevant professional credentials, such as SHRM-CP, HCI Strategic Talent Acquisition, or Certified Internet Recruiter.

Experience/Skill:
Required:
1. 2 to 4 years of related work experience
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proven ability to maintain discretion in confidential situations.
4. Experience with computer systems required including we based applications and Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
Preferred:
1. Previous human resources or talent acquisition experience; LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge a plus.
2. Workday experience highly desirable.

Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
